Marco advises Italian and international clients on corporate - M&A, real estate, and energy matters with a focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial contracts. Head of the Asia Desk in the Italian office, Marco worked at the Hong Kong office for four years (2010-2014) where his practice focused on advising Asian investors on outbound investments from Asia to Italy.

Marco Nicolini joined the Firm in 1995 and became a Partner in 2006. In 2002 he was a Foreign Associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in Chicago.
