Benedetto La Russa advises clients on banking, finance, structured finance, and debt capital markets. He regularly advises Italian and international banks, financial companies, and investment funds on matters concerning securitisation and asset finance for both performing and distressed assets. Since 2009, he has been advising clients on the main issuance programmes for structured covered notes in Italy. In the debt capital market sector, he has advised clients on hybrid, high yield, equity-linked, and exchangeable notes.
