Diana Rivera is an expert in venture capital and private equity transactions, advising on complex national and crossborder M&A transactions, restructurings and joint ventures. She has represented Spanish and multinational companies in major transactions in the technology, banking, energy and pharmaceutical sectors. She also advises family businesses.

She is secretary non-director of several boards of directors.

She completed a secondment at PAGBAM’s corporate department in Buenos Aires (2002).

She lectures on M&A, corporate law and family business in several master programs, including Universidad de Navarra.
