Alejandro Negro specializes in negotiating technological contracts, including IT outsourcing and software licensing agreements, and collaboration agreements for R&D projects, having participated in important transactions in sectors involving technologies.

He has advised many companies on personal data protection, as well as advising internet platforms in the banking, real estate, gaming, ecommerce and internet-portal sectors on their creation and development.

He is also an expert in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life science sectors, advising clients from a transactional and contractual perspective.

He speaks regularly at conferences and forums, and lectures on new technologies, data protection and industrial and intellectual property at various schools, including IE Business School, Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE, ESADE Business & Law School and ISDE Law & Business School.

He has also written several articles on industrial and intellectual property, and new technologies.
