Gerard Correig regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance and commercial issues. He is an expert in capital markets and M&A transactions, and in advising regulated companies on securities market regulations.

He is legal advisor to the Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Barcelona, S.A.U. (company managing and organizing the Barcelona stock exchange), and former chairman of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).

He worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of an international firm (September 2002 to August 2003).

He writes regularly for the World Securities Law Review journal, and lectures on various postgraduate courses at leading universities.
