Alexandra Sequeira specializes in labor law and social security law, particularly advising on drafting company rules, handling negotiations and preparing salary packages, salary allowances, benefits and incentive plans, and disciplinary action.

She advises on planning starting business activity, company restructurings and closures, and worker transfers. She also drafts contracts in Europe and advises on international planning, handling hiring negotiations and termination of senior management contracts, and handles due diligence processes for business acquisitions, as well as proceedings with the Social Security.

She lectures on labor law and social security law at Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave (IPCA) and on labor law (processes and procedures) at Universidade do Minho.

She has the teaching skills certificate (CCP) and collaborates with the Academia Cuatrecasas to offer training on labor law to companies.
