Mr. Costa is a confirmed specialist in tax planning for corporate reorganization, mergers, acquisitions and transfers of company ownership. He also has extensive experience in advising the owners of large estates, in the taxation of family businesses, and in advising large national and international business groups. He specializes in advising and defending clients during tax inspection procedures. He is the author of several doctrinal articles and lectures frequently at seminars and conferences in various forums. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
