Amador Rodríguez specializes in national and crossborder M&A and venture capital transactions, advising funds and venture capital companies (VCCs) on investment and disinvestment, as well as on joint ventures and other strategic alliances.

He also advises Spanish and multinational companies, including fund managers and VCCs, on corporate law, as well as on contractual and commercial issues.

He is member of the Madrid Bar Association.

He serves regularly as vice-secretary non-director on companies’ boards of directors.
