Specialist in real estate transactions, Ramón Gil is an expert in company acquisitions, joint ventures, and business group restructurings, as well as in transactions to acquire, finance, build, lease and develop real estate developments and office buildings, industrial developments, shopping centers, hotel developments and energy plants.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the Cuatrecasas German Desk.

He is an associate lecturer of commercial law at the ESADE Business & Law School and secretary of the boards of directors of several national and international groups.
