Clemens Burian has been with DORDA since 2014 and was admitted to the Austrian Bar in 2019. He specialises in all areas of corporate law, from one-person companies to listed companies and groups of companies. In addition, his practice also covers advice on capital market law, including market abuse law, transparency law, prospectus law, and takeover law.
