Career

Christian Dorda is the founding partner of DORDA. He presently serves as an arbitrator, in particular in disputes relating to joint ventures, distribution and construction. He is regularly sought out in commercial disputes, mostly as the chairman of the panel or as a sole arbitrator. Having served as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Christian is now Vice-Chairman of ICC Austria. He is a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and serves on its Task Forces. He is a member of the Austrian and the Swiss Arbitration Associations and on the Board of Trustees of the American Chamber of Commerce in Austria. Also, he is the permanent legal counsel to the French-Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
