Felix Hörlsberger joined DORDA in 2002 and made partner in 2009. He heads the firm's insurance practice and is co-head of the restructuring practice. His work focuses on insurance law, litigation, restructuring, and insolvency. Felix is a founding member and vice president of the Young Austrian Commercial Litigation Association and president of ARIAS Austria (AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society). He is also a member of the Austrian Lawyer's Club and the IBA. In addition, Felix is the author of specialist publications on insurance law, data protection, banking, and corporate law. He also regularly lectures on compliance, directors' tasks, D&O insurance, and cash pooling.
