Tibor Varga joined DORDA in 1996 and heads the firm's finance team. His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate finance, including banking, capital markets as well as public takeovers. Tibor is an expert in loan documentation (including acquisition/LBO, mezzanine, direct lending as well as project and structured finance) as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions. He also advises creditors in (also cross-border) insolvency and restructuring situations. Before joining DORDA, Tibor worked as an associate in the auditing of banks at KPMG in Vienna. In addition, Tibor is the author of publications on banking, corporate, and tax law. He also regularly speaks at seminars and conferences.
