Philipp Stadtegger has been with DORDA since 2018 and has been attorney since 2023, focusing on white collar criminal law, internal investigations, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. During his career, he has gained extensive experience in representing and defending companies or employees in complex white collar criminal matters, including fraud and corruption cases. His expertise in internal investigations has enabled him to support numerous companies in investigating compliance violations and developing strategic solutions. He is also an accomplished commercial litigator, where he represents clients in (often concurrent) civil proceedings. Prior to becoming an attorney, Philipp worked for a leading European steel company, where he provided legal advice in particular on international contract law and criminal compliance.
