Prior to joining the Firm, he was partner in a leading Italian law firm and worked also for international law firms in London, New York and Luxembourg.

Armando provides legal advice and assistance to companies in the field of corporate and commercial law, international contracts, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He is also very active in international mediation and ADR.

Armando is specialised in cross-border transactions with particular focus on Russia and CIS countries, as well as and, more broadly, the territories of the former Soviet Republics.

Expert in mergers and acquisitions, Armando generally assists clients in transactions concerning the sale and purchase of shares or transfers of businesses in various industries, and particularly in the fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, automotive, food and drinks, construction and oil & gas sectors.

Armando is the author of numerous articles and interviews related to Russia and the CIS countries both in national and international magazines and newspapers, and collaborates with the magazine Diritto 24 by Sole 24-Ore, with a special column dedicated to Russia and other CIS countries.

Armando is a member of the Pro-Bono Committee of the International Trade Center in Geneva, responsible for drafting standards of international model contracts for SMEs.

Armando is recognized by the international legal directory Chambers Global as a leading professional in cross-border transactions in the corporate and M&A sector with particular reference to CIS countries in several jurisdictions (Italy, Russia, Ukraine).
