Partner Kristian Karlsson is known for advising clients on matters relating to securities law and financial regulation with a particular emphasis on Fintech, investment funds and investment services. He also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with financing transactions, including acquisition and project financing, bond issuances, securitization and structured financing.

Kristian Karlsson is the Finnish member of the Monterey Funds Club, an association of European fund law specialists, and acts as a member of the Securities and Finance Law Expert Group of the Finnish Bar Association.

He has worked as a visiting lawyer with Nordea Funds Ltd and as a Consultant in European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
