Deline joined Dirkzwager in 2015. Before her time at Dirkzwager she worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for 9 years.  Deline became a partner at Dirkzwager in January 2021. She focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and (cross-border) mergers and demergers. She is an adviser to medium-sized and large businesses.
