Henriek has been practising as a lawyer since 1996. In the first years in a general advice and litigation practice. From there, she developed further in the field of liability and insurance law. More specifically, she focused on issues concerning personal injury caused by traffic accidents, industrial accidents, medical errors and/or accidents of any other kind. In that context, Henriek completed the Personal Injury course at the Grotius Academy. Henriek mostly assists insurers and companies in the field of (personal injury) damage (advice and litigation) practice, but alternative dispute resolution such as mediation also plays an increasingly important role. She is also a speaker at seminars and teaches the master class on medical liability at Nijmegen University (KUN). At the PAO/CPO she lectures on current affairs. To gain further knowledge, she is a member of the Personal Injury Law Association (LSA), the Insurance Law Association and the Liability and Compensation Law Association.
