Lawyer - Partner

Joost is a lawyer-partner and section head of the Liability & Insurance department of Dirkzwager. He specialises in liability and insurance law, with a focus on professional liability, technical damages, certifications, injury, non-conformity, insurance law/coverage issues and Automotive. Joost started his career in the Air Force. He participated in a (French-language) moot court competition at the European Court of Human Rights and graduated in two directions. After a brief interlude at a municipality, he became a lawyer at the Supreme Court in 1995 in liability law. In 2000, Joost joined Dirkzwager and subsequently rose to partner. His clients include insurers and companies in the engineering and certification sectors.
