Corporate law

Claudia has been working as a lawyer since 1998 and is a partner since 2007. She is head of the mergers and acquisitions practice group and was a member of Dirkzwager’s board of directors from January 2017 until July 2020. Claudia’s primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint-ventures. She also advises on business law and company law and corporate governance. She has a standing track record in major M&A projects, particularly those with complicated international and governance aspects. Claudia is a senior lecturer in corporate law involved in the professional training of lawyers (BA).

Board member with Vriendenfonds Rijnstate (hospital in Arnhem), member of TELFA and the NVP (NVP is the private equity and venture capital association of the Netherlands and represents 90% of private equity and venture capital under management in the Netherlands).
