Donald Manasse is the principal and founding partner of Donald Manasse Law Offices, which was established in Monaco in 1989. His firm focuses on international litigation; international bankruptcy, corruption, fraud and asset recovery; banking and financial regulation; administrative licensure; contract law; regulatory issues with securities and investments; venture capital; taxation; real estate transactions; Intellectual Property and trademarks; and private client wealth management.

As a member of each respective bar, Donald Manasse is authorised to practice in the United States in New York since 1977 and in Connecticut since 1978. He also has been qualified to practice in Nice, France since 1986 and has served as a Counselor at Law in Monaco since 1989.
