Career
Patricia Savin is in charge of matters related to environmental and sustainable development law, in particular in the fields of pollution and nuisance, property, renewable energy, protected species, water, facilities subject to environmental protection (ICPE), etc.
She was part of the working group set up by the Ministry of Justice to prepare the introduction of the concept of environmental harm into the Civil Code. She was also a member of the legal committee of the French Ministry for the Environment and Sustainable Development in charge of drafting the Environmental Charter.
Patricia is in charge of the Environmental and Sustainable Development Commission of the Paris Bar. She regularly advises on public debates and consultations launched by ministries, local economic, social and environmental councils (CESER), the Senate and the Sustainable Development Commission (CGDD), among others.
Patricia is also an associate professor for the Master’s course in environmental law, sustainable cities and heritage.
Lastly, she is the chair of the OREE think tank, which brings together companies and local authorities to discuss circular economy, biodiversity and corporate social responsibility.

Patricia Savin was a member of the Legal Committee of the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development responsible for incorporating environmental law into the French Constitution.
She is also a member of the Association Française des Docteurs en Droit (AFDD), a French national association for doctors in law, of the Société Française pour le Droit de l’Environnment (SFDE), a French environmental law society, of the Association des Directeurs Immobiliers (ADI) and of AFILOG, whose she took over the co-presidency of the risk Committee.
Knight in the International Order of the Merit, Doctor in Law, Patricia Savin is primarily responsible for environmental cases, namely in the fields of pollution, nuisances, real estate, waste and renewable energy.
She is an Honorary President of the Union des Jeunes Avocats de Paris, or Paris Union of Young Attorneys.
Patricia Savin is a member of the National Council of Bars (CNB) of which she is the Secretary General and President of the Orée Association.
She’s a member of the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA) and of the Association pour la promotion des femmes avocats ou juristes comme administrateurs (Femmes AAA+) and she’s "one of the most respected environmental lawyers of her generation" (Cross. Border handbooks Environment).
Education
Patricia Savin is a Doctor of private law (The Effectiveness of Laws regulating Pollution and Nuisances), and is graduated of IHEDN (34è cycle de sensibilisation à l'intelligence économique et stratégique). She holds a DEA degree in environmental law (Environmental Law Institute - Lyon III),and is a graduate of the Paris Bar Association’s Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA).
