Martine Zervudacki Farnier is an Of Counsel in the Paris office of DS Avocats. She specialises in restructuring, assistance to companies in financial difficulty and structuring take-over bids, and has set up the firm’s Restructuring Department.

Martine has also established an extensive network of purchasers that she assists with their investments in France.

Before joining DS Avocats, Martine was the Administrative and Financial Director at an SME, then financial controller for companies in financial difficulties and lastly a court receiver.
