She advises an international client base on the transactional and contentious aspects of cross-border investments in the fields of company and economic law, in particular in the field of product liability.

Her expertise extends to regulatory, contractual and transactional aspects in various energy sectors, including electricity, gas, on-shore and off-shore wind projects, solar energy, biomass, and energy efficiency.

She also advises on energy sale and purchase contracts, capacity guarantees, CO2 quotas and certificates of origin.

Her in-depth understanding of the market enables her to advise her public and private clients, in their own language, on all aspects of their transactions.
