Antoine Gravereaux has practiced law since 2007, first as in-house counsel focusing new information and communication technologies (NTIC), then, for a period of five years, as Head of Legal (Contracts and New Technologies) within the Legal Department of Société Générale and lastly as a partner with Staub & Associés, before joining DS Avocats.

Antoine's practice focuses on contract law and advanced technologies, intellectual property and data protection law. He advises his clients (including procurement and purchasing, IT, system security and human resources departments) on strategic digital transformation projects, including cloud computing, big data, open source, IA, Blockchain, etc. As such, he advises on the drafting and negotiation of complex IT contracts governing legal issues relating to business digitalisation.

He also assists clients with software issues (including compliance controls, IT-related disputes and litigation, etc.), as well as with data handling and GDPR compliance.

Lastly, Antoine advises on contractual issues related to outsourcing essential business activities in the banking sector and, more generally, on the digitisation of banking processes.
