Career

Bernard Tézé is a partner in the Corporate Department of DS Avocats in Paris.

He is involved in M&A, strategic alliances, partnerships, joint ventures and restructuring as well as private equity, LBO and Venture Capital, particularly in the regulated sectors (Healthcare Pharma-Biotech Medtech, Banking-Insurance and Fintech, Defence, NICT and e-commerce).

He is also involved in the ecosystem of start-ups, incubators, accelerators, family offices and venture funds.

Before joining DS in 2008, he was a Partner since 2001 at White&Case in Paris and before that Counsel at Clifford Chance in Paris.

He was also seconded for 4 years to a law firm in Japan where he returns very regularly in a professional capacity.

He has been involved in outbound acquisitions in China, Japan, Russia, Brazil and India.

Bernard graduated from HEC in 1985 and holds a Master's degree in Public and Private Law and a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in International Taxation.

He is Honorary President of the International Development Group of the HEC Association.
