Pierre Elvinger’s practice concentrates on commercial, civil and employment litigation. In addition to litigation, he advises on company, commercial, civil, employment and immigration law. Pierre Elvinger has been a partner of Elvinger Hoss Prussen since 1996 and he is member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1991.

Founding member and, since 2012, President of the ELSA (Employment Law Specialists Association Luxembourg). Board member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association). Member of the Commission Sociale of the ABBL (Association des Banques et Banquiers, Luxembourg) since 2010. Member of the Conseil de l’Ordre of the Luxembourg Bar from 2007 to 2009.

Maîtrise en droit from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France). Tax law with the "Institut für Steuerrecht" of "Cologne University" and presented a national report to the "Congress of the International Fiscal Association" in London in 1991 on the tax treatment of losses.
