Senior counsel Giorgio Bitonto specialises in competition/antitrust, with particular focus on proceedings before the Italian antitrust authorities and the European Commission, concerning dominant position and abuse, notification of business concentrations to the Italian antitrust authorities and the European Commission, vertical agreements and civil proceedings regarding the termination of distribution agreements. His assistance is carried out mainly in FMCG, sport and leisure, digital, fashion, luxury goods and design, telecommunications, public sector, health and automotive. He is member of the Competition Litigation Task Force, as well as of the Sports, Digital Innovation, Luxury and Shipping, Transport & Logistics Focus Teams.
