Partner, Gabriele Malgeri specialises in project finance, with particular focus on drafting and negotiation of financial contracts and security package, drafting and negotiation of project contracts (e.g. EPC, O&M, supply agreement, power purchase agreement), due diligence, project bonds, banking (corporate loans, acquisitions), tenders and works/public services concessions.
