Partner, Andrea Carta Mantiglia specialises in corporate law with particular focus on M&A, JVs, business law, business contracts, private equity and international arbitration, especially in the field of healthcare and life sciences, international tenders (oil & gas) and TMT sectors. He is Team Leader of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Focus Team and member of the International Arbitration Focus Team. He was a Board member (2019-2023) and also served as Managing Partner at the firm (2021-2023).
