Marc Walter practices in the areas of M&A, venture capital and private equity as well as general corporate and commercial law.
Marc Walter graduated in law from the University of St. Gallen in 2007. He was admitted to the bar in 2011. Before working as a lawyer with Wenger & Vieli Ltd., he was already serving as an intern in our firm.
In 2014, Marc Walter earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporation Law from the New York University School of Law.
