Position
Niklaus Kunz works primarily in the areas of law with respect to banking and financial markets, capital markets and compliance. He advises clients on complex regulatory issues as well as compliance matters and represents them in proceedings before regulatory authorities. In addition, he has extensive experience in capital market law and transactions.
