As a lawyer, notary, and economist, Martin Berweger has extensive expertise in the field of business law. He supports start-ups, SMEs, investors, and entrepreneurs with incorporations, financing rounds, company acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, and joint ventures.

His particular areas of expertise include blockchain projects, drafting and enforcement of contracts, and the liability of board members and managing directors. Martin Berweger serves on several boards of directors, foundation councils and as administrator for companies in need of restructuring, in addition to working as a lecturer at various universities.
