Frank Scherrer practices mainly in the pharmaceutical and health law fields. Further areas of expertise are antitrust and competition law as well as labor and employment law. He heads the Life Sciences practice group at Wenger & Vieli Ltd.

Frank Scherrer mainly advises and represents pharmaceutical companies with regard to the authorization of medicinal products, licenses, reimbursements by health insurance funds, advertising and distribution, drafting of all types of contracts, data protection and product liability. He represents his clients in contract negotiations, as well as in administrative and judicial proceedings. He also assists clients in matters relating to medical devices and human research.
