Etienne Chesneau

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, Étienne Chesneau is an associate within Gide's Real Estate department in Paris, where he acts in an advisory capacity and on litigation in all fields of property law.

Étienne primarily works with French and foreign institutional investors on their operations for the acquisition, sale, construction/restructuring and commercialisation of buildings. He also assists developers and project managers on property development operations. He is a regular adviser to institutional donors and major users in the negotiation of commercial leases.

Étienne is a graduate of the ESSEC (research chair dedicated to the economy, finance and management of real estate, 2013), Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master's degree in business law, 2011) and Paris II - Panthéon-Assas University (Master's degree in property and construction law, 2012).
