Charles-Eric Delamare-Deboutteville is a Counsel within Gide's Insurance, Industrial Risks & Transport practice group. He specialises in French and EC insurance law.

Charles-Eric has wide-ranging experience of all issues related to insurance law, and regularly advises:

- Insurers and reinsurers on company regulatory matters, prudential regulations in particular;

- On drafting and analysing the validity of life and non-life insurance contracts, as well as auditing insurance cover and programmes;
