Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014, François Voiron specialises in criminal and commercial litigation. François is instructed on a number of business criminal law matters, throughout all stages of the procedure (preliminary investigation, instruction, judgment).
He also assists the firm's clients in pre-action claims and during litigation, in a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes, involving financial law, corporate law and private international law.
François handles complex cases with multiple procedures, whether criminal and/or commercial, which require an overall strategic approach.
He assists and advises major French and foreign companies and their directors.
François joined Gide in 2014 and was promoted as Counsel in 2022.
