Position

David Jonin is a partner in the Employment Law practice group. He specialises in employment and social protection law. He advises French and international companies on major assignments and also represents their interests during any related litigation.

David Jonin has recently advised international groups on issues of restructuring, reorganisation and working conditions. He provides legal advice and litigation services for French and foreign companies on employment law issues (company restructurings and reorganisations, staff representative bodies and trade unions, working conditions, union and employee representative elections) and social protection law (social contributions, workplace work-related accidents and illnesses, social security contributions inspections, provident schemes, pensions).
