Charles de Reals is a partner in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris. He advises on complex M&A transactions.

His practice is broad, covering both private equity and stock market transactions. He has recognised expertise in corporate governance and stock market regulation, areas in which Charles advises numerous issuers.

He assists national and international clients in a wide range of areas, including acquisitions, purchases and sales and restructuring. He regularly represents clients in the TMT and transport sectors.

Prior to joining Gide, Charles practised with leading US and French law firms, including Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, Sullivan & Cromwell and Bompoint.
