Career

Tomasz Roszczyc specialises in advising developers, investment funds, banks and other entities operating on the real estate market, on all aspects of real estate projects and transactions, including: transaction structuring, due diligence, the acquisition of real estate, issues related to the zoning and the construction process, the commercialisation and sale of real estate (asset deals) or companies (share deals). He also has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating lease agreements (office, retail, warehouse and production space), joint venture and sale & leaseback transactions, as well as administrative issues concerning the investment process.

Education

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the Centre for English and European Law, organised at the University of Warsaw under the patronage of the University of Cambridge.

He also completed postgraduate studies in the Real Estate Professional Executive Programme organised by the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management at the University of Brussels and the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, as well as postgraduate studies in the legal and economic aspects of the investment process organised by the Warsaw School of Economics.
