Dariusz Tokarczuk specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, infrastructure investment projects and corporate law and supervises the Warsaw office's activities in these fields. Additionally, Dariusz heads the Tax Department and the Competition Law Department. He advises Polish and foreign investors on choosing the most appropriate legal structures and investment procedures in Poland.

He is a Partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel since 1998.
