Associate Iklim Gülsün Kelekçi specialises in the fields of competition law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments and commercial transactions in sectors such as banking, industry and construction. She has extensive experience in conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing and drafting contracts, and providing legal assistance to companies on their daily operations. She is also a member of the Competition team and regularly advises multinational companies in the context of their investments in Turkey. Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2012, she graduated from the Law School of Marmara University (Istanbul) in 2009. She obtained a Master 2 Degree in European Union Law & European Policies from Paul Cézanne University (Aix-en-Provence, France) in 2010 and an LLM Degree in European Law from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) in 2011.
