Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, Olivier Loizon is a recognised expert in business litigation.
He advises and assists his clients - companies, managers and shareholders - in managing and resolving the complex and sensitive disputes they face.
Prior to joining Gide, he practised for nine years with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (2003-2012), before founding SLVF in 2012 and merging with Viguié Schmidt & Associés in 2017.
