Career
Paweł Wasiel specialises in banking and financial law. He advises Polish and foreign banks and financial institutions on project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in issuing debt securities (including mortgage bonds and bonds issued by local government units, State-owned companies and commercial entities). He has also participated in various leaseback and movable asset leasing transactions, as well as buy-sell-back transactions.
