Marta Karmińska specialises in banking and finance law and in corporate law. She has extensive experience in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including syndicated, cross-border, structured, LBO and commercial real property financing, as well as LBO transactions, representing lenders and borrowers alike. She also advises on real property leasing, buy-sell-back transactions and drawing up standard bank credit documentation.

She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate restructuring and spin offs. She has advised private equity funds, seed funds and venture capital in the implementation of investments and exits, as well as numerous industry investors. She has also repeatedly participated in the negotiation of shareholder and joint venture agreements.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Nicolaus Copernicus in Torun. She holds a postgraduate diploma in banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
