Position

Christian Camboulive is a partner within Gide's Dispute Resolution practice group. He specialises in arbitration, international contract law and international law. He acts as counsel and arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc. He also appears before the French courts in arbitration-related matters, such as setting aside proceedings.

He has acted in over one hundred arbitration disputes, conducted under various arbitration rules, including ICC, ICSID, Association For Arbitration (Association Française d'Arbitrage), OHADA, VIAC, CAS and UNCITRAL, relating notably to investment protection, infrastructure projects and construction, joint ventures and post-acquisition issues, distribution and licence agreements, in a wide range of sectors including energy and natural resources, defence, banking, public infrastructures, healthcare and consumer products.
