  • Advised the fintech lender ClubFunding in relation to the setup of a €120m forward flow securitisation backed by bridge property financing to French real estate SMEs. The transaction was arranged by Citi.
  • Advised IFC as anchor investor in the setup, structure and implementation of a FCFA 60bn securitisation transaction of loans granted by the PEPT Fund. These loans are to low-income households in Côte d’Ivoire and they allow the beneficiaries to have access to electricity.
