A graduate of the University of Paris-Dauphine in corporate taxation and wealth management, Julien Nouchi specializes in corporate tax support. He joined Gide’s Casablanca office in June 2017.
Julien is regularly involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions with tax implications, such as acquisitions, mergers and various restructuring projects.
Julien has significant experience in tax matters applicable to free trade zones, as well as customs matters relating to such zones. He has assisted many investors in their establishment in Morocco, enabling them to structure their investments in the best possible way from a tax point of view.
