Counsel - Litigation, Arbitration, Conciliation and mediation.
As part of the Corporate team, Rudy Lentini advises clients of listed and non-listed companies in business litigation. His main cases concern equity litigation and conflicts between partners or with strategic service providers. He also advises decision-makers on the sale of their company or all or part of their shareholding in their own company or other equity, as well as on the reinvestment of the sale price.
Education
Rudy Lentini holds a DEA in business law from the University of Paris XII (2004).
