Isabelle Chauvet mainly advises French and foreign listed and unlisted companies and funds on tax matters relating to acquisition structuring, intra-group restructuring and private equity.
It advises these companies and funds on their domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals of shares in companies and of movable and immovable assets, as well as on day-to-day issues, and assists them in their disputes with the tax authorities.
She also assists a number of individuals and trusts with their tax disputes.
